Amy Leigh Wicks is the author of The Dangerous Country of Love and Marriage (Auckland University Press) and Orange Juice and Rooftops (Eloquent Books). A Staten Island native, she holds a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and an MFA from The New School, NY. Lately, her mornings are spent quietly drinking coffee and painting on her porch in Northern California, while her recent work socializes here: drDOCTOR, Minarets, Radio NZ, Otago Daily Times Book Review.
